Draft is up here. Would appreciate any feedback and ways to improve before release.

Basically, I have added a small flag to any system that is contest-able, and merged the different warzones onto one map for each war.

EDIT- 3rd draft up- use link above.

great effort, already awesome. You make it look easy. Shame the caldari have spies and may steal this map.

Also, where did you get the data to place the little flags from?

Thanks
Rich

Thanks :)

F10 map, under occupancy section- you get the systems lit up that have bunkers.

Nice work, sir!

Overall I think that you've captured it nicely. As for specifics - I think you're missing a direct link between Jovainnon (Verge) and Aeschee (Essence). Also, you may benfit from swapping the position of Verge Vendor and Essence and rejigging the star positions a little. However, that might be a lot of work!

Yes, you're right, swapping Verge and Essence wouldn't be a bad idea- won't be too much work tbh.

And thanks for the Aeschee <> Jovainnon link, I missed that

I'll get a draft 2 out later today or tomorrow. Cheers for the feedback

Great, a few suggestions, which IMHO would be usefull:

Amarr - Minmatar FW:

I would add Rens as in:
- Abudban - Rens - Rest of Heimatar
just because Rens is the major trade hub and a good hook to orient yourself from the normal maps to these.

Hek - Anher a note that these are just 4 jumps out of each other.

Ohide - Hati, same here 4 jumps through empire space.

Erkinen is a dead end pocket (AFAIK and in map v.3.52). I would note that this is a dead end or just put the whole dead end into it.
Due to Erkinen being a dead end I would not connect Gammel with Erkinen and write Rest of The Bleak lands as it might mislead to believing to a connection between Gammel and Erkinen

I would add Choonka to the Devoid region so you can draw the line from Choonka to kamela to Ohide and then rest of Devoid, likely as well note that if moving from kamela through choonka to Hati is just 3 jumps while it is 4 from Ohati.

Error@Ohati: You have a long line to Kamele and the out of region jump box to kamela attached to Ohati

Saidusairos to Egghelende are 6 jumps through Sing Laison
I would put Jel on the Map as well again as it is a Trade Hub and that via Jel to Saidusairos its 7 jumps.

Audaerne to Egghelende are 7 jumps through Sing Laison

Raravoss to Mahrikht are 11 jumps passing by Amarr.

I might have miscounted by a jump or so but this was just what I noticed first.

I would likely color the flags differently so you can better distinguish them from the Solarsystem name and thus from normal low sec regions.
I would also integrate these into the normal maps so when using the digital maps you can jump forth and back between the normal and the FW maps, as in use the links on the FW maps will keep you there but if you click on any "rest of region box" it will bring you to the normal maps.

A big thank you for all your work and Im looking forward to get my hands on the final once :D .

Some excellent suggestion- thanks :) I don't have eyes on a map at the moment, but I'll look at what you suggested later today. It all sounds do-able, to be honest.

Thanks for your time taken to suggest these.

p.s.

I really really would like to have those flags in the normal maps as well .... even though we have a dedicated FW part, it would make it visible while just traveling if Im going through FW zones or not. .... ;)

I would suggest changing the flag color or fill it in so that it stands out more. The way it is now you have to really search for the flags. I believe you should be able to tell where the bunkers are at a glance.
Also, the Caldari-Gallente map doesn't print so well, could just be me though.

On it now  replacing the flags with a solid triangle.

Have also moved the regions around slightly for better layout. Draft 2 will be out shortly!

Teimo, Alsavoinon markers need to be changed.
Other than that, this is a great map. Good job. I'm already using it :D .
