Thanks Ban- seriously, you should start a blog and put your commentary on it! No-one else is doing it, and it will be a nice niche for people like me who find your analysis interesting!!

I can recommend Wordpress, nice software- they can host it for free, or you can use their s/w on your own webspace for free.

Do it ;)

Yet another day, yet another factory

Branch
In 52G-NZ a new Amarr factory was deployed, this is the 2nd outpost in the constellation preparing it for sov 4.

Like many times in many, many, many constellations the refinery outpost was put in the highest belt system and the first factory outpost was put nearby BUT also in an ice belt system. This allows people to mine ice blocks to the factory outpost, then bring next door for refining.

Many of the outposts in Branch are setup in this fashion. With the current various factions holding branch (currently 6) 5 of them have a refinery or factory outpost in an ice belt system. 2 more constellations are hovering at 2 outposts ready to be brought into sov 4. If these constellations are all 'finished off' Branch will have 5 sov 4 constellations. This might be a ways off but steady construction has happened in Branch over the past months.

This moves Branch from having tied Tribute for 5th place with 15 outposts, to beating Tribute with 16.

It also moves the totals one step closer with Refineries still hovering at 106 and factories closing to just 2 away at 104.

As for the blog, I've literally never set anything up online. I really don't know where to start. I like the idea, in fact I love it, but I still wouldn't know what to do. Maybe I should con someone with a O at the beginning of their name and maybe a Y at the end, perhaps with a 'mbe' in between to show me the ropes as it were.

And as always my watch continues!

2 days in a row, 2 factories deployed!

Branch
In F-9F6Q a new Amarr factory was deployed, this is the 3rd outpost in the constellation and makes it a sov 4 constellation now.

That rash of construction in Branch the last 30 days has seen 6!!! factories deployed in Branch. With this 6th factory it also marks the 3rd sov 4 to be finished in that time as well.

Branch now has 4 sov 4's, tying it with Dek, Tribute, and Delve for THIRD place for number of sov 4's. Feyth has second place with 5 sov 4 constellations. And providence with a massive 8 sov 4 constellations commands first place.

Most importantly Branch moves up from 4th place to 2nd for total number of factories deployed in the region. The numbers are quite interesting atm.

Providence 13 factory outposts
Branch 9 factory outposts 2 npc conquerable outposts
Delve 9 factory outposts 2 npc conquerable outposts
Feyth 8 factory outposts 2 npc conquerable outposts
Tribute 7 factory outposts 2 npc conquerable outposts

Each one of these regions are industrial power houses when it comes to building items, mostly super caps. I'll probably do an indepth study on the matter shortly for kicks.

Branch moves further up in total number of outposts but still remains in 5th place. However it DOES move the factory and Refinery numbers just 1 apart. With Refineries still hovering at 106 and factories closing to just 1 away at 105.

EVE's industrial revolution continues apace with more and more infrastructure being built and space being colonized for better exploitation.

As always I'll continue my search and watch all I can.

Expect a PM tonight when I get home from work :)

3 days in a row of Outposts going up!

Delve

In HM-XR2 a new Gallente Office Outpost was deployed.

In QX-LIJ a new Minmatar Refinery was deployed.

Both are in the same constellation (the famous NOL of the game) and now make the constellation a Sov 4 that will start to 'tick'. This is an interesting combo as well as placement for the outposts and I believe it might have been strategic more then economic.

HM-XR2 is right next to NOL, QX is down the other 'arm' of this constellation. Which besides these two routes people would have to go through Querious to get to the 'top half' of Delve.

I'm not 100% sure but the NPC station next door to NOL (in the PR-8CA system) I believe might be a 50% base refinery. It can't be controlled by a faction but it can still benefit the owners of NOL at the time (if I'm correct). Which would make a very powerful combination of having a 50% refinery (that with standings with the blood raiders could return 100% of compressed minerals) which could feed into the NOL system with the 50 factory lines. Having the Office outpost next door could keep a large amount of supplies flowing into the office from NOL, while capital components can be built in NOL as well as the office outpost for capital turn around. The refinery is almost an after thought but it's placement is interesting as it would be yet another point someone would have to take to make sure the region isn't cut in half.

And of course we have another benefit of this being the 5th sov 4 constellation moving Delve out of the pack of regions in 3rd place and tying it with Feyth for 2nd place for sov 4 constellations. Providence keeps its sick number at 8 for the time being.

This boosts the number of Gallente office outposts further past the NPC conquerables and slowly approaches the 30 mark.

The down side (from my point of view anyway) comes from this being the 107th refinery deployed, which moves the refinery/factory separation back to being 2 apart. (fuk.)

This deployment also brings Delve back into second place from 3rd with 22 outposts deployed. The numbers stand as such for the moment.

32 Providence
22 Delve
21 Catch

Site was down yesterday night for PM's I'll see what I can do tonight :)

Heh heh, nice one, interesting write up too. Reinforcing the Fortress Delve reputation with the 2 extra outposts. Goons settling in nicely then.

Hope the PM works tonight, if not, just mail me- ombey at ombeve dot co dot uk

Cheers!

A full 6 days since my last post, and 3 outposts deployed!

We're back on the 1 every other day trend!

Catch

In ZQ-Z3Y a new amarr factory was built, this is the first outpost in this constellation and the 22nd outpost deployed in Catch.

In HED-GP a new Gallente office was built, this is the first in this constellation and the 23rd outpost deployed in Catch.

Feythabolis

In SWBV-2 a new Gallente office was built, this is the 3rd outpost in this constellation and makes it another sov 4. This is the 19th outpost deployed in Feyth.

Notes:

Catch and Delve continue to stay neck and neck for second place with Catch leading out at 23 over Delves 22. Considering both are 'war zones' at the moment this is a very interesting trend.

Some of these deployments were strategic while others economic. The Gallente office deployed in HED was strategic. The system is a jump bridge nexus for Catch's primary owner alliance. As such deploying an office outpost there where the majority of their alliance can install clones, or jump clones. As well as tons and tons of ships and supplies makes the system a very good tactical choice for the future of the region.

The Amarr factory deployed in ZQ-Z3Y was economic. It lets the owners expand into a 2nd constellation with outposts and also the link to Providence in system leads right to a Minmatar Refinery. This will allow the system to 'leach' resources out of Providence while making a new dependence on the factory. The massive exploitation of Providence, as well as the not so good security of the majority of the constellations facing Providence make the area very 'hands off' from Catch's primary occupants.

Feyth Notes:

The office outpost deployed in SWBV-2 makes a lot of sense, as well as showing much forward thinking. The majority of industry in Feyth is in a 'chain' of constellations one after another in a row, 4 in all. Every single one of them was made into a sov 4 in this last 10 days. Yes, 10 days you read that right.

The office outpost in the middle constellation of all that, while also facing Omist and the nearest directions of enemies at the present time means every single corp in the present holding alliance of Feyth can have an office in there. As well as select allies, which can only make the area more defensible.

Even tho there wasn't another factory deployed in Feyth, this still contributes to it being one of the top industrial power houses of regions. It also puts Feyth within striking distance of Catch and Delve.

The DOWN side to this current deployment in Feyth comes from the fact that all of the former ASCN 'duo's' are now completed into sov 4's. So unless more outposts are going to be deployed past the magic number of 3 per constellation, we'll probably see a slow down in outpost deployments in Feyth. There is still the outpost in PMV-G6, it could be added with 2 more factories and turned into a 7th sov 4 constellation for the region. But I believe that chance is remote at this time.

6 sov 4's in a region is an amazing accomplishment and the current owners have done everything right when it comes to deploying outposts. I hope they continue but with so many outpost up at this time it might be financially difficult to continue to deploy without running up a fuel bill so high monthly that a super cap would have to be sold every month just to pay it.

Outside of having 6 sov 4's, Feyth is pretty much 'done' when it comes to exploitation of 'good' systems. All but a single constellation with Ark/Bist has at least a sov 4 in it. 2 systems nearby AZN (a refinery outpost) in another constellation have Ark/Bist, but being a total of 2 jumps from AZN they are easily exploited by it's proximity. With Rorquals any other system that isn't within range is easily exploited as well.

The last 'tidbit' about Feyth, of it's 17 ice belt systems. A full 5 of them have outposts deployed in them. This makes feyth not only a very fully 'done' region, but means shutting down ice product gathering is almost impossible without a team of people working together. And as many 'long term' 0.0 industrialists know, ice production is quite profitable if you know what your doing.

Ombey, I apologize for the lack of contact the last days. The holidays nailed me quite hard and whether you know it or not I'm a CEO of a very large corp which I love dearly, as well as my alliance. So when I got back from my holiday stuff, I've been working with the directors to keep everything running smoothly and 'catching up' on the tasks that make our corp as great as we think it is

I'll try to finish everything up tomorrow and start MSN contact with you. If you could PM me a good EVE time to talk I'd like to contact you around your schedule for what you were talking about. Yes, I'm East Coast US so it might be a little challenging but the weekend is approaching so maybe not.

Hope you enjoy this update and OH! The refinery and factory numbers!

At the moment, we stand at 107 refineries, to 106 factories. The good news is that Providence has been quiet for Outpost deployments since your last update of the 2d maps. To put it simply they are 'due' to deploy some.

As always, my watch continues and I'll talk to you soon!

As always, an excellent analysis! Thanks.

The HED-GP station is of particular interest to me, as we operate in that area, and -A- are our allies. HED being a 0.0 entry point means that it's easier to keep an eye, restock etc.

Will PM you re. times

Just going to call my own shot here, yesterday I said 'Providence is due' and today they have a new outpost. Too bad it's the wrong kind, BUT it's still growth.

Providence
In 3KB-J0 a new Gallente office outpost was deployed. This is the 33rd outpost for providence and I believe something like the 26th gallente outpost in the game. This is the 3rd outpost for the constellation and makes it a sov 4.

This is kinda a messed up deployment, in IS-R7P (in catch) next door to 3KB-J0 there is another gallente office outpost. This might not be such a bad thing as it allows more and more corps to populate Providence/upper-Catch. But I'll bet it will drive down the costs of offices in that area as the two compete against each other, offices not being needed as much as factory slots.

This is also the 8TH!!!!! sov 4 cluster in Providence, making the region a super cap builders wet dream. It's still head and shoulders above all other sov 4 total regions. Feyth still holds second with 6, and the rest as listed.

I hope/wish we could get an API reader with totals of outposts, the only one I know of has been down for months now. I'm manually tracking down the outpost updates via the influence map as well as a reader using regional outpost totals and cross checking daily. But totals of 'types' of outposts I have to manually track.

This brings Providence to 33 outposts, keeping it a full 10 outposts above the second place holder of Catch with 23. Delve brings up 3rd with 22, and a little farther down is Feyth with 19.

Of the 19 ice belt systems in Providence, 7 of them have outposts deployed in them. Making this region, with it's many links to empire (4 of them) a great place for ice products to be exported from.

The refinery/factory numbers are driving me nuts and I'm practically begging for some alliance in game to drop a factory outpost or two to FINALLY flip us from a 'gather' 0.0 economy to a 'industrial' 0.0 economy. But we're still chugging along at 107 refineries, to 106 factories.

I'll keep my watch as per usual

Excellent, again thanks. This one is of direct importance, as the outpost sits on a pipe route that dips out of Catch, into Provi before going back into Catch again. I suspect it's partially why it was put there, to make life difficult for any raiders.

More days, more outposts!

Yes, I see you updated your map thank you it's AWESOME as always. One serious thing tho, on the Providence map you have it listed as 33 outposts, in the region. Yet if you count up all your outpost markers it's actually 34. :)

Now onto the updates (which I see you included) but for matters of completeness I wish to give an update anyway!

Catch
In KA6D-K a new Minmatar Refinery was deployed.

Providence
In Z-RFE3 a new Minmatar Refinery was deployed.

Esoteria
In G-YZUX a new Caldari Research post was deployed.

Fountain
In DBRN-Z a new Amarr Factory was deployed.

Deklein[b]
In 7T6P-C a new Amarr Factory was deployed.

[b]Etherium Reach

In F9-FUV a new Amarr Factory was deployed (this isn't on your maps :))

That's it for updates, however let us see what they mean for EVE as a whole shall we?

For the Catch Refinery this 'pushes' the front of northern Catch and it's massive exploitation of low true security systems even farther forwards. Whether this is an agreement with Catch's owners or just opportunity while their busy with the large war on two fronts is unknown. It also allows this constellation to be ready for sov 4 since this refinery is the second outpost in the constellation. This also brings Catch 2 outposts ahead of Delve for a whopping 24 outposts deployed within it's borders.

For Providence, this refinery seems to be that the constellation owners built it in reverse. Now that the constellation has 4 outposts in it for a very well guarded sov 4, with one of every 'flavor' of outpost in it. It might become a very strong bastion against raiders that I was informed use the constellation as a pipe to get into catch and then back into Providence. This makes it an extremely self reliant constellation that can generate good income with plenty of factories, offices, and research facilities. The constellation itself isn't very good with only mid grade ores spawning there. But with WH's, and exploration even 'junk' space can generate billions per day.

In Esoteria, this outpost was LONG overdue. The constellation was first built up by Prime Orbital Systems long ago, with a refinery in the 16 belt system that also housed an ice belt and a factory next door the constellation was extremely profitable. It also is a 'pocket' constellation so it was relatively calm. However, all of this was done before sov 4 mechanics were introduced so naturally it made a great place to expand out to a sov 4. However, various wars and owners that held it considered it a 'Periphery' region of their holdings. BoB, TCF, and UNL went through ownership of this constellation and finally it fell into the hands of it's current owners: Systematic Chaos. Owning only the 111-F1 outpost, also in Esoteria it makes sense for them to build a outpost here. However they went with a Caldari Research outpost. It might be because these outposts are gaining in popularity with the advent of tech 3 and reverse engineering. But the station itself is sort of a 'grab bag' of services. It has 6 factory lines, 8 offices, and the slew of research facilities. With only an Amarr factory with 30 lines at most, this constellation will have a real problem with manufacturing capabilities. But it is a sov 4 and Esoteria's second of that type. None of the other 4 outposts have even a partner so another sov 4 in the region looks unlikely at this time. This outpost was the first since the long dead ISS finished the first sov 4 in the region barely 2 weeks before the GBC decided to pull out of the area.

In Fountain, this outpost is something I've personally wanted to see for a long, long, LONG time. Not because of who currently controls the region, or anything political. But because the Serpentis regions are THE most under developed regions of all 0.0 regions. Foutain has 5 outposts in it, Cloud ring 0 have been built, and in Fade we have 1 outpost built. For 3 regions that is a total of 6 outposts built in them. Compare that to the Guristas regions. In the Guristas regions we have 61 outposts constructed. But maybe that's a little unfair, Serpentis have 3 conquerable 0.0 regions, and the Guristas have 7. Lets compare the Blood raider regions. 32 outposts in the same number of regions.

Lets not even THINK about the Sanshas regions (since providence is included in that) ..... shhh but it's 67 outposts built within those 4 regions...

But back to fountain shall we? This Factory is the first of it's kind within the WHOLE region. Not really surprising since the 'fountain core' exists. The fountain core made fountain one of the easiest regions to exploit, but it also severely hindered fountains growth. Also when BoB took fountain, they considered it a 'Periphery' holding which while important wasn't highest on their list of regions they controlled for outpost infrastructure. Now it was exploited, quite heavily by BoB with refineries. Of which 3 were built by various BoB corps, which turned into cash cows for their holders. The last 2 outposts in Fountain were built by the long dead Xelas alliance. Of which they built a refinery and a office outpost. That last outpost was built in December of 2007. That's a full 17 MONTHS before the next outpost was deployed. And why is that? Well most believed BoB would come blitzing back in at any moment, and take the whole region within a few weeks so everyone was too worried about putting a 40 billion isk 'investment' in the region when people could just let the existing outposts stand, suck up close to 40 to 50 billion per week out of the region (between moons, taxes, and mining) and wait to be kicked out. This factory outpost shows a reversing of that trend and I hope to see fountain (which is in the top 5 best regions in the game) be exploited more fully in the future.

On to Deklein we see yet another factory being deployed, this time it is the 2nd in the 5th sov 4 that is currently under construction in the region. However this factory was put in a high moon, high belt count system nearby a currently standing refinery 2 jumps away. This I believe is economic in nature as it allows more exploitation of the vast number of belts in the constellation to continue. What better way to build up a 3rd outpost then turn on the mineral faucets after all!

Finally we come to Etherium Reach, where a 3rd factory outpost was deployed in a constellation with 2 other factories. This makes the sov 4 'chain' complete and brings the region to 14 outposts. This is an interesting constellation since it NEEDS to be linked to the R-6KYM refinery or the other refinery in that constellation to be viable.

HOWEVER!!, yup, you knew there was a however coming, this is the 9th factory outpost in the region. This brings this 'lowly' drone region to close parity with some of the 'power house' manufacturing regions like Tribute, Feyth, Delve, Catch and Providence. Yet this region is fully half the age of those regions. It does help a great deal that the region has a tie right into the Forge and the quick turn around for sales of minerals as well as bringing export goodies right back out for 'cycling'. This puts E-Reach above all drone regions by a full 4 outposts and puts it's total outposts at a serious contender of 14 outposts. Also of note is the fact that every single outpost in the region is now a sov 4.

Now onto the truly good stuff, as per each 'update' I do we look at how the EVE 0.0 regions have been on a 'Gather' economy vrs an 'Industrial' economy.

With these last deployments that might have FINALLY changed. As of my last post we stood at 107 refineries, to 106 factories. With 2 refineries and 3 factories deployed. This brings us to 109 refineries and 109 factories. Meaning we finally have a balance. With many, many new factions controlling outposts at this time I believe we'll be seeing more factories shooting up in the next weeks and months.

Now for something totally different I'm going to make a few 'predictions' as to where I think new outposts might be deployed in the next few days to a week.

Fountain
In the same constellation as the U-SoH2 refinery and the new DBRN-Z factory I believe another factory outpost will be deployed to make this a sov 4. The most likely spot is the L-1SW8 system since it has a ice belt and would allow people to exploit the ice resources of the system.

Also in fountain by the Y-2ANO refinery the moon counts aren't too bad and it is rumored that the current holders might want to sell super caps so a dual factory deployment might be likely.

Deklein
In the constellation with RO0-AF and the new 7T6P factory is just begging to be finished. There are a few good 'spots' to deploy the last outpost, but E-FIC0 might be a good choice. This would allow full exploitation of the 'pocket' back there as well as the ice belt in E-FIC0. Tho this might be too far away and 8S28 is nearby with a massive 25 belts of crokite waiting to be exploited.

Catch
In the constellation with ZQ-Z3Y and KA6D-K, this constellation is part of the CVA RPers coaltion. Which LOVESSSSSSSSSSS to build outposts. I don't think it'll be 2 weeks before this constellation is 'finished' into a sov 4.

Branch
In the same constellation as QCWA-Z and 52G-NZ this constellation had it's second outpost built a few short weeks ago. With titans going for 90+ bill each and a build cost of 60 bill isk, I believe sov 4 is calling to the owners of this constellation. There are a few good places to put the outpost but I would bet nearby one of the other outposts for security and ease of use of the refinery outpost. Most likely 5LJ-MD.

LONG SHOT PREDICTIONS
Fade
In the constellation with C4C-Z4 and I-UUI5 this constellation came pre-packaged by CCP for a sov 4. It just needs another factory and it would be finished. Likely spots are 8QMO-E and X5-UME. Why is this a longshot? Most people consider Fade a 'tempoary' region to live in. It's really nice tbh but most think they deserve bigger and better. As such they don't invest in it and it sits under used. Despite it's very close distance to empire and 'back pocket' waiting for just one outpost for a sov 4.

Paragon Soul
In the constellation with MP5-KR and LX5K-W are two outposts. A Minmatar refinery and a npc conquerable factory. ZDYA-G has only 1 ore belt but it does have an ice belt. Stainless is, from what I've heard a renter alliance. I don't know if they'll consider putting another outpost down for just renters but it would save more fuel as well as allowing a small economy to grow up in the constellation which would allow greater returns.

Catch
In the same constellation as KDF-GY and ZXIC-7 many systems await just a 3rd outpost to become sov 4. The added security this brings as well as the added fuel savings are a powerful combo. However both were setup long, long ago by ISS. The benefits outweigh a lot of the costs long term, but with a war on two fronts and already owning two 4 outpost sov 4's in region this might not be in the cards.

Again in Catch, the 25S-6P and FAT-6P system combo waits for one more outpost for a sov 4. Tho this is the 'front line' into the mess of the GBC/GSwarm war. Deploying an outpost might be a bad move with hungry opponents so close.

Cache
In the constellation with M-MCP8 and P7-45V, this constellation has a npc conquerable factory and a caldari research outpost. It only needs other another factory or a refinery to be complete. With an NPC refinery 4 jumps from the npc factory I believe a minmatar refinery would be a poor choice. However the owners of this region RA and then the splinter faction of Solar after it have shown a remarkable disregard for the region. With their extensive holdings in drone lands, including 2 completed sov 4's this region is basically considered a 'Peripheral' holding and very likely a low priority to finish off.

I hope this update makes up for my 'absence' and my harsh, harsh, work schedule. Then coming home and going to CTA after CTA, or corp activitiy or task  I am trying very, very hard not to be biased in my posts and I believe it'll make a good source for a blog  Hopefully I can try to contact ya this week sometime, work shouldn't be bad, CTA's however

Wow, very interesting! The sooner you get a blog up, the better- not enough people see your updates on here, and it's a crying shame. Get in touch with me soon, we'll sort you out a blog in no time- with some publicity, it'll become a big hit I'm sure.

The Provi/ Catch updates are always of particular interest :)

That outpost you listed that I had missed was actually put up at the start of March! Must've missed that one, I'll add it to the next update.

Thanks!

I've been looking over your maps (as I typically do when on CTA's, or sitting spinning ships) and noticed a few errors that cropped up in the latest update.

In Feythabolis the Gallente office outpost in SWBV-2 isn't shown.

On many of the seriously updated regions the square under the region name showing 'number of outposts/stations' is still the same number. With something like what? 20+ outposts since last update this can't be easy to follow.

Hope it helps!

Thanks, I have corrected them now. Also, I have changed the counts, so that in empire regions, NPC stations are counted and in 0.0 regions (incl. NPC 0.0) it only shows conq. stations/ outposts.

I think this is more useful than showing NPC station count in 0.0

2 more days, 2 more outposts!

Deklein
In ZOYW-O an Amarr factory was deployed.

Fountain
In 6F-H3W an Amarr factory was deployed.

First off Dek, this is the 3rd outpost in this newly constructed constellation. All outposts in it being less then 4 months old, however it's in the dead center of this 'long' region and also by belt count and true security this is 'the' best constellation in the region for mining/ratting.

I called this outpost in my last update and the type and system were pretty much dead on, this changes Deklein a little bit, as now the region has 5 Amarr factories and 2 npc conquerable factories. It's still not up to the pure production power of say Tribute or Feyth, but it's quickly coming along. This also completes this constellation for a sov 4 and is the 5th sov 4 in the region. With the GY5 outpost the only one that is 'stand alone' we might see some construction up there in the next months, tho maybe not as I've heard it's a 'rental' area.

Now on to Fountain, this was one I also called, but I missed the location by 2 jumps. This might be for more factory deployments or just to make the 'pocket' more secure. Either way this is the 3rd outpost for the constellation and the FIRST sov 4 for fountain. This transforms fountain from a gather region to having the first signs of 'production' that isn't in a NPC station.

It bares to mention that two 'pocket' constellations are attached to the 'fountain core' one stars with LIWW-P system, the other with the O-PNSN system. It might be a nightmare without a very strong presence, but an alliance could build in either constellation with a number of factories and maybe 1 refinery in the systems I listed. What would this allow? The fountain core could be exploited for it's factory lines to help aid construction of sup caps. I'm not 100% sure of the make up of each system in the Fountain core, it's been a good 2 years since I fought there. However a refinery (upgraded to 40%) and some factories to keep production safe as well as a sov 4 structure could be exploited in ways that we haven't seen in the game yet. Yes, anyone could dock, and people could try to tie up all the lines and all kinds of 'what if' scenarios. But the region offers a great capacity for 'industry' that I don't think anyone has really, really looked at.

Most look at the fountain core as a stand alone area to run missions and the like, maybe have an extra office and that's it. But those constellations offer a great deal of power to any alliance able to hold the area and exploit it.

Some other things that have occurred, with the latest 2 outposts deployed we have seen the goal I have waited years to see hit. The refinery to factory count has finally (and I believe forever) flipped. This I believe will be the official start of the EVE 'Industrial Revolution'

We stand at 109 refineries, to 111 factories as of these deployments.

Now with Rorquals becoming more and more common place (hey, I think we have 14 in my corp  ) people are realizing that just having access to one refinery is usually enough. This trend is making alliances start to say more and more often "hey, we have enough refining capacity, can we get a few more factories?" and even with 2 factories, upgraded to lvl 1 or 2 even, people are realizing that super cap take up usually an entire factory outpost lines for weeks on end. And since most alliances have more then 1 or 2 corps that wish to build super caps this quickly gets out of hand and more and more factories are needed.

I don't see the 'need' for factories stopping anytime soon. Most alliances have enough gallente outposts as well (besides providence which puts one in almost every constellation it seems) but with tech 3 we might see a few more Caldari research outposts thrown up as well for mass production. Maybe not, but I think within the next months we'll see Caldari research outposts finally break past the '23 limit' of the npc conquerables. It will take time, and alliances will have to see past the ends of their noses to realize that this is a long range investment for their alliance. But I believe it will happen.

I'm going to leave my predictions the same as last time and update them after a few more outposts are dropped. Till then I hope you have a great day!

P.S. keep MSN on tonight, I'll be contacting ya after some real life chores
