Sorry for the delay in replying, the forum wasn't showing as having a new post
Anyways- the system doesn't show as having no stations, that would be a empty square symbol. The absence of C, R, F or L marker means that no stations in the system have a CLone, Repair, Factory or Lab service. All stations have refineries/ reprocessing, so I don't mark that.
