First off, excellent maps - as a noob they are a requirement.
Just moved myself to Gisleres so that I could use Giant Secure Container (it is shown as sec staus 0.76), but when I get there it is showing as 0.8 (and so will not allow use of Giant Secure Containers).
Unfortunately, what you have spotted is actually correct. The actual sec. statuses are always rounded to the nearest whole number by CCP. So 0.76 becomes 0.8 in-game. If it were 0.74, it'd become 0.7 in-game.
